Services will be held at Arabia Mountain, the Solarium in Decatur, and at the Congregational Church.
Tickets
High Holiday tickets are free for Ma’alot Builders. Builders are the backbone of our community, making Ma’alot events possible all year long with their financial contributions. If you are interested in joining the Builder community, learn more on our website.
Tickets for non-Builders (over age 12) are available for:
- $111/person for All 5 Services
- $60/person for just Rosh Hashanah Services (Sunset Hike and Morning Services + Lunch)
- $44/person for just the Rosh Hashanah Sunset Hike
- $60/person for just Yom Kippur (2 services total)
- $24 Yom Kippur (Neilah)
Kids Tickets for non-Builders (Under age 12)
- $54/person for All 4 Services
- $26/person for just Rosh Hashanah Services (Sunset Hike & Morning Services + Lunch)
- $18/person for just the Rosh Hashanah Sunset Hike
- $26/person for just Yom Kippur (2 services total)
- $12 Yom Kippur (Neilah) Break-Fast Party
We want to ensure that our services are accessible to everyone who wishes to join. If cost is a barrier to your participation, we invite you to write in a ticket amount that works for you, and type into the code box "Financial Aid."
If you are a family for whom:
1. Cost is a barrier
2. You are signing up two or more dependents 12 and under for services
Then you are invited to take 50% off your adult ticket cost(s) for all services to total $55.5 per adult. Please write in the updated amount below and type into the code box "familydiscount." Pricing for kids under 12 listed in the kids section, below.

Event Accessibility
Services taking place at the Congregational Church (Rosh Hashanah Morning, Kol Nidre, and Yom Kippur Morning) as well as our Neilah service at the Solarium have ADA parking, ramped entrances to all venues, wheelchair accessible restrooms, and wheelchair seating. The Shabbat Shavuah Sunset Hike at Arabia Mountain, however, is not mobility-aid friendly. Questions: Sam@maalotatlanta.com.
All our services are family-friendly. Separate childcare and kids' programming will be available at Rosh Hashanah Morning, Kol Nidre, and Yom Kippur Morning services.
Overview of Services
Rosh Hashanah Sunset Hike at Arabia Mountain (Includes kids program)
Monday, September 22 at 5pm-8pm
Embark on a musical and nature-fulled hike and mountaintop service to celebrate the sun setting over the year 5786. The hike is less than 2 miles and includes a 30 minute uphill walk over dirt and rock. Parking information will be shared upon registration.
Rosh Hashanah Morning Service at Congregational Church (Includes kids program)

Join us for an inspiring and interactive Rosh Hashanah service for all ages, featuring a breakaway kids' program.

Kol Nidre at the Congregational Churche (Includes kids' program)
Wed, Oct 1 at 7pm - 9pm
Begin the transformative process of Yom Kippur with a communal chanting of Kol Nidre and mindful evening service to begin our fast. Featuring a breakaway kids' program.
Yom Kippur Morning at The Congregational Church (Includes kids' program)
Thu, Oct 2 at 9:30am - 2pm
Engage in a day of introspection and spiritual growth through music, movement, art, and an investigation into the journey of teshuvah — returning to self. Featuring a breakaway kids' program.
Neilah at the Solarium
Thu, Oct 2 at 7:30pm - 9:00pm
Conclude the High Holidays with the exuberant Neilah service marking the end of Yom Kippur with triumphant snacking and noshing at a local spacious community center.
Kids' Programs & Childcare
Ma'alot is offering three kids' programs at this year's High Holidays. We will have kids' programs and ongoing childcare support at:
1. Rosh Hashanah Morning
2. Kol Nidre
3. Yom Kippur Morning
During these three services, kids' programs are geared for children age 3-12, and babysitting is available for littles of any age. While there is no separate kids program, please also purchase a kid's ticket for the Rosh Hashanna Hike and Neilah.
To register your kids for High Holidays, please first complete this form for yourself and then separately sign up your kids through the kids' registration form.
